Each new To Do List is created only with 10 items ready for entry. It is likely that you will need more items to continue to add activities as they are identified for your To Do List. The only way to add new items to your To Do List is through the 'Add' option in the My Items section on the ribbon.
After clicking on the option in the ribbon the form opens to 'Add' items to the current To Do List. The top of the form allows you to select the To Do List that needs the new items. Once the To Do List is selected the number of items to add can be set in the Texbox below or the Up/Down arrow can be used to set the number. The number must be greater than 0 and less than 100.
Once set use the button 'Add Item' to add the new items to the bottom of the To Do List.
