This feature provides the ability to quickly and easily transfer data from a previous version of To Do List to a new version. It is normally used when a new release is provided with fixes and new features. It is designed to save the manual effort of transferring the existing To Do Items from an old version to a new one.

Step 1 - Select a To Do List Workbook
Click on 'Transfer Data' in the ribbon and then click 'Select Source', find the To Do List workbook that you want to transfer the existing To Do Items from. Once selected the file will be validated to ensure it can be transferred into the new To Do List workbook
Step 2 - Select a To Do List to Transfer or leave Blank for all To Do Lists
After the To Do List workbook has been validated you can select a specific To Do List to transfer or select all To Do Lists to transfer into the new workbook.
Step 3 - Transfer
Once the To Do List has been selected or you have decided to transfer all To Do Lists, select 'Transfer' and the To Do Lists will be transferred into the new To Do List workbook.
